Yoga and Sup sunset & moon rise

MAI Adventures collaborates with Emma Forde Yoga to bring a unique experience.

 

Find strength and balance with an energising yoga practice before stepping on the board for a stunning river paddle. Have a bit of fun trying out some yoga poses and finish with a meditation connecting land and water as the sun sets and the full moon rises.

Due to tides and the sunset we need to make sure we start on time so please arrive at 20 minutes before the session starts. 

​

Itinerary

  • Arrive to set up boards on water and mats on the ground 20mins prior to session

  • Yoga

  • Paddleboard journey

  • A moon salutation on the board

  • Sunset meditation either on the boards or on the mats

  • Enjoy some yogi tea

​

What to bring

  • Yoga mat

  • Water in a reusable bottle

  • Warm clothes

  • Leggings you don’t mind getting wet

  • Warm waterproof top

  • Head torch

  • Warm socks/ clothes/ beanie for afterwards

  • Bring a big smile and some positive energy

  • A mug for tea

Yoga and Paddleboard

3.5 hours £60pp

(For groups of 4  people,  minimum age 16 years)

Spend time reconnecting with nature and invigorate your mind, body and soul with an exclusive yoga and paddleboard experience. Yoga is led by Emma Forde Yoga.

 

Find strength, flexibility and balance through mindful posture work on the mat before setting off on your paddleboard journey. Use your newfound yoga knowledge to perfect your technique and try your skills on the water.

 

Depending on weather and tides a meditation on or off the water will allow you time to reflect on the wonderful memories made. Finish your experience with a nourishing drink and snack. All equipment and refreshments provided.
Depending on weather and tides, locations can differ but will always be around the Tamar Valley.
