Going on a retreat takes you out of day-to-day routine with all the basics taken care for you so all you need to do is show up. This creates space for you to be more present, to connect deeper with yourself and with the stunning coastal surroundings, to try new things, step out of your comfort zone, reflect on the things that are important to you, and to remember your true nature.

We are very lucky to hold our own unique retreats but to also collaborate with other amazing hosts, offering incredible experiences. we paddle their guests on an unforgettable journey which provides a balance of challenge and chill.

Example Itinerary:
You will be welcomed with a continental breakfast and a chance to meet the other guests before starting your day with a hatha yoga session. This flowing, energising yoga practice will take place on the river bank as the tide rises before we take to the water to begin the adventure.
After some individualised SUP coaching from our experienced instructors, we will enjoy a stunning journey. We will pack a light lunch to enjoy at a secluded picnic spot or stop along the shore.
Once back there is time to relax before an early evening session of yoga and meditation on the grass followed by a delicious BBQ around the firepit.
